Petitioners David Amundson, Brad Anderson, and Brett Rutledge, three registered voters, challenge the actions of the Title Board in setting the title, ballot title, and submission clause for Initiative No. 113, a proposal that would impose additional environmental regulations on certain swine feeding operations.
