The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, District Council No. 89 (Union) and Dennis Guyton appeal from an order of the York County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) which vacated an arbitrator's award and granted the petition of Township of Penn, York County (Township) to reinstate Guyton's termination. We affirm.
