No. 72149.

965 S.W.2d 961 (1998)

BIDNER ACQUISITION CORP., d/b/a Nikco Sports, Plaintiff/Respondent, v. Jerry STEIN, Defendant/Appellant.

Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, Division Two.

May 5, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Irl B. Baris, St. Louis, for defendant/appellant.

Charles Alan Seigel III, St. Louis, for plaintiff/respondent.

Before CRANE, P.J., and RHODES RUSSELL and JAMES R. DOWD, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Jerry Stein appeals from a judgment, in favor of Bidner Acquisition Corporation ("BAC"), restraining him from competing with BAC and awarding BAC attorney's fees. He also appeals the denial of his counterclaim. We find the judgment is supported by substantial evidence, is not against the weight of the evidence, and does not erroneously declare or apply the law. Murphy v. Carron, 536 S.W.2d 30
