This is an appeal from a judgment that declared as "Null and Void," two Constables' Deeds executed by Constable Billy R. Colson to James R. Blount. In their pleadings, Mark W. Dutton and wife, contend they were owners of an undivided interest in and to five acres of land in Montgomery County, Texas.
