OPINION

McCLURE, Justice.

Eliseo Borrego, Jr. and Elsa Borrego, Appellants, appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of The City of El Paso, Appellee, based upon governmental immunity. By a single point of error, Appellants challenge the trial court's granting of the summary judgment. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
