This is a consolidated appeal from two orders respectively awarding primary custody of the parties' minor children to Appellee, and denying Appellant's request for emergency relief and for contempt.

The parties to this litigation were married in June of 1979. There are three children of the marriage: Jonathan, born Feb. 13, 1979, Christopher, born Nov. 13, 1983, and Tyler, born Nov. 26, 1993. The parties underwent a prior year long separation...
