PER CURIAM:

Respondent Marilyn A. Resnick bought a bar in Las Vegas, Nevada, on January 9, 1993, from Steve Kaboli. Resnick purchased the property under the belief that the liquor license was included in the sale of the business. However, appellant Robert D. Elliot, the original owner, who had sold the bar to Kaboli, asserted that he still had the right, title, and interest in the license, even though he no longer owned the physical premises...
