We hold that Gelacio Najorra Daoang (Gelacio), by signing a letter sent by his attorney to confirm Gelacio's plans to amend his "self-trusteed revocable living trust" (the trust), sufficiently manifested his intent to amend the trust, even assuming the subsequent execution of a more formal document was contemplated.
