Johnny Brewer appeals a summary judgment rejecting his demands seeking to impose vicarious liability on the State for damages arising out of a January 1991 intersectional collision between his vehicle and a vehicle driven by Randolph Scott, who was driving his grandnephew, 17-year-old Terry Taylor, to the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound incurred while hunting.
