¶ 1 Shawn Jensen ("petitioner") has filed this petition for review from the denial of his third petition for post-conviction relief. He argues that an amended version of Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated ("A.R.S.") section 13-453 should be applied to him retroactively, making him parole eligible because he has served twenty-five years of two concurrent life sentences.
