Appellant-defendant William F. Hurt appeals his conviction for Voluntary Manslaughter,1 a Class B felony. Specifically, he contends that the incriminating statements he made, while involuntarily committed at the Evansville State Hospital, were released in violation of federal statute and erroneously admitted at trial.
