Defendant Paul E. Lowe appeals his three-count conviction for carjacking in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2119, kidnapping in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201, and interstate transportation for illegal sexual activity in violation of the Mann Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2421.
