J.E.H., while a juvenile, was adjudicated as delinquent upon his plea that he was guilty of the capital murder of his parents. The trial court assessed a determinate sentence of twenty-five years, to be served initially in the custody of the Texas Youth Commission. Inasmuch as the punishment assessed extended beyond J.E.H.'s eighteenth birthday, the Texas Youth Commission...
