SCHROEDER, Justice.

Gretchen Walden (Walden) brought an action against Nationwide Insurance Company (Nationwide) alleging breach of an auto insurance contract and bad faith. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Nationwide. Walden appeals the district court's decision. On appeal she argues that the district court should have stayed the court proceedings pending arbitration rather than grant summary judgment, and that she is entitled to attorney fees...
