¶ 1. John Lanny Lynch (Lynch) appeals from his conviction in the District Court for the Nineteenth Judicial District, Lincoln County, of deliberate homicide, tampering with physical evidence and two counts of robbery and from the District Court's March 21, 1997 order denying his motion to suppress evidence.
