Atlas Corporation ("Atlas") appeals a judgment of the trial court in favor of Mardi Gras Corporation ("Mardi Gras") on Atlas' petition for unlawful detainer and breach of contract. Atlas claims that the judgment in favor of Mardi Gras was based upon perjured testimony and the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to grant a new trial on the basis of this newly discovered evidence.
