[¶ 1] J. Howison Schroeder appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) granting Rynel, Ltd., Inc.'s (Rynel) motion for a summary judgment. On appeal, Schroeder argues, inter alia, that the trial court erred when it enforced a contractual choice of law provision requiring the application of Delaware law to a dispute arising from an employment agreement between Schroeder and Rynel.
