OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

The issue in this case is whether an employee who is constructively discharged, but not fired, may sue for wrongful termination under the Sabine Pilot exception to the employment-at-will doctrine.1 We hold the employee may do so. Therefore, we reverse the summary judgment and remand the cause.
