PER CURIAM.

Wesley P. Catis appeals from the July 14, 1998 order denying without evidentiary hearing his motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

In 1996, following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of trafficking in cocaine, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest without violence.
