Defendants appeal from a judgment of the trial court rendered on a third party demand for indemnification. We affirm.

FACTS

Thelma and James Riley filed a petition for damages in July of 1994 on the basis of an injury Thelma Riley sustained when she slipped and fell on August 7, 1993 while exiting a dry cleaning business located in the Lake Terrace Center, Inc.
