Johnny Davies, Jr., was charged by information with possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) with intent to deliver. At trial, during voir dire and during closing argument, appellant admitted that he was guilty of possession of cocaine, but he argued that he was not guilty of possession with intent to deliver.
