OPINION
LYLE REID, Special Justice.
This case presents for review the Court of Appeals' decision that the classification as industrial and commercial of two or more condominium units rented by the owner to others for their use as residences does not violate Article II, Section 28 of the Tennessee Constitution. Nor does the statute violate the equal protection clause of the United States Constitution.
