This is the second time that we have been asked to review the trial court's determination concerning the partition and accounting of two parcels of real property owned by Thomas Yakavonis and Sonja Tilton as tenants in common. This court's earlier decision settled the dispute concerning the parties' ownership interests in the two parcels of real estate, finding that Yakavonis and Tilton were co-owners with equal interests in both properties.
