In a prior Opinion and Order dated March 31, 1997 (Docket No. 23), the court dismissed Plaintiff's claim for alleged unpaid sick leave and overtime pay under local law1 because the sick leave claim was ordered arbitrable in a prior local court case between the same parties and because the local wage claim filed in a latter case was arbitrable...
