Mycal Antoine Poole appeals from a jury conviction of four counts of indecency with a child and six counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 21.11(a)(1), 22.021 (West 1994 & Supp. 1998). Although he was charged in two separate indictments for separate acts committed against two young girls, Poole elected to have the two tried together in one trial.
