Marshall Carmichael appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction on four counts of aggravated assault, two counts of violating the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA), and one count each of conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime (PIC), and recklessly endangering another person (REAP). He asks us to determine whether it was proper for the sentencing court to impose a sentence in which each of his aggravated assault convictions...
