Appellant, Moustapha Fostock, appeals a judgment awarding appellee, Andrew Lampasone, compensatory and punitive damages. The lawsuit arose out of an incident where Fostock smashed the burning end of his cigar into Lampasone's cheek. Fostock was properly served with the summons and complaint.
