Appellant, Erick Sanchez ["Sanchez"], seeks review of the denial of a motion to suppress. We affirm.

Sanchez was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of more than twenty grams of marijuana, and resisting an officer without violence.
