Appellant, Demond Bush and Sean Hunter were jointly indicted by a Franklin County grand jury for the murder, kidnapping and robbery of Peggy King. In a separate trial, Bush was convicted of second-degree manslaughter, first-degree robbery, and kidnapping, and was sentenced to fifty years in prison.
