Appellant, The Kroger Company ("Kroger") appeals a judgment in favor of Appellee, Sonja Keng ("Keng") for $30,000 in damages. This is a workers' compensation nonsubscriber case in which the jury found that Kroger's negligence caused Keng's injury. Kroger raises two issues on appeal: 1) whether the trial court erred when it failed to submit a jury question on comparative responsibility; and 2) whether there was sufficient evidence to support the jury...
