I. INTRODUCTION

The issues in this appeal and cross-appeal relate to proceedings that ended Jim and Robin Dodson's marriage. Jim challenges several aspects of the superior court's property division as well as the superior court's decisions ordering him to sign a stock pledge agreement and to pay Robin reorientation alimony and attorney's fees.
