STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant Jamie Vasquez ("Vasquez") appeals his conviction of operating a motor vehicle after suspension as an habitual traffic violator, a Class D felony. Ind.Code § 9-30-10-16.

We affirm.
