We have before us on the main appeal of this cause the issue of whether the offer of judgment statute, section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1995), is applicable to offers made to representatives of class action suits. On the cross appeal, we have the issue of whether an attorney's fees award made pursuant to section 768.79, may include fees incurred for the prosecution of the amount of attorney's fees.
