Appellant, J.R.V., a child, timely appeals an order of delinquency and an order denying his motion to withdraw his plea.

Appellant was charged by a petition for delinquency with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon or firearm.
