¶ 1 This appeal arises from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant, Combined Communications Corporation. The trial court determined Plaintiffs, Charles W. and Ben L. McCain, were barred from pursuing their claim for fraud in the inducement of an employment contract by virtue of the two year statute of limitations.
