Berks Disbursement Trust, formerly Fleetwing (Berks), has filed an appeal from orders of the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) which dismissed Berks as an intervenor in this case and approved a stipulation of settlement between Keener and Plumton Manor, Inc. (Keener) and Millcreek Township (Township). We reverse the order of the trial court dismissing Berks as an intervenor and vacate the order approving the settlement between Keener...
