HUDSON, Justice.

Appellant, Diana Lyn Taylor, entered a plea of not guilty before a jury to the offense of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. §§ 481.033(1)(D), 481.113 (Vernon 1992). She was convicted and the trial court assessed punishment at ten years probation. In her sole point of error, appellant complains the trial court erred in admitting the contraband into evidence...
