WOODARD, Judge.

This is a dispute over payment of arrearage in child support. The trial court ordered the father, Thomas Stagg, to execute an assignment of interest in his aunt's succession in order to pay his child support obligation and prohibited him from renouncing his interest in that succession. From this judgment, the father appeals. We affirm.
