HARDBERGER, Chief Justice.

INTRODUCTION

This is an appeal from a murder conviction. Appellant, Angel Badillo, was tried by a jury and convicted of murder for the 1991 shooting death of convenience store clerk Anthony Pena. The trial judge sentenced Badillo to life imprisonment and fined him $10,000.
