On March 11, 1994, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging the defendant, Gregory M. Radacker, with commission of an armed robbery on February 28, 1994, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. At his arraignment, the defendant entered a plea of not guilty.
