ANGELINI, Justice.

Dennis Owen Reed appeals his conviction for two counts of indecency with a child. Reed raises three issues on appeal: (1) he contends that he is entitled to a new trial because a State's witness acted as part-time bailiff during the trial; (2) he contends that the trial court erred in designating the outcry witness; and (3) he contends that the prosecutor engaged in improper jury argument.
