Appellants, Charles and Alice McGuire ("the McGuires"), appeal from an order that sustained preliminary objections to, and dismissed with prejudice, four counts of their amended civil complaint. On appeal, the McGuires raise two issues concerning whether the trial court erred in concluding that the conduct alleged in the amended complaint and harm which allegedly resulted to the McGuires from this conduct, was not actionable. We reverse and remand the matter...
