Karriem Muhammad entered a conditional plea of guilty to manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) pursuant to Rule 24.3 of the Arkansas Rules of Criminal Procedure and was sentenced to forty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
