This is a revocation case. In March 1990, appellant, William M. Caswell, was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with an additional five years' suspended imposition of sentence. In 1996 the State filed a petition to revoke the suspended imposition of sentence, alleging that appellant had violated the terms of the suspension by leaving the scene of an accident involving injuries and property damage.
