On appeal, Defendant argues that (1) the State deprived him of his right to testify before the grand jury by failing to provide him with notice that he was a target witness; (2) the undercover officer who purchased marijuana from Defendant had not complied with law enforcement certification requirements; and (3) the trial court improperly admitted evidence...
