Appellant, C.D. Peterson ("Peterson"), sued appellee, Robert E. Black ("Black"), alleging that Black breached his duty to conduct a fair sale and acted negligently in his role as trustee. Black served as substitute trustee at a foreclosure sale involving property pledged by Peterson to secure certain indebtedness to PNL Asset Management, L.L.C.1 Peterson appeals the summary judgment granted...
