These appeals are from a circuit court judgment reversing a decision by the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission (the Commission) to award unemployment insurance benefits to the applicant. We reverse that portion of the circuit court's judgment holding that the Commission exceeded its statutory authority by removing the claim from the referee prior to the entry of a final order.
