Plaintiffs-Appellants Lawrence T. Newman and Beverly R. Newman (the "Newmans") appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Christopher Seigel, Paul Commiskey, and the Marion County Sheriff (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Sheriff").
