Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Board of Psychologist Examiners that disciplined her for violating its rules of professional conduct. Petitioner contends, inter alia, that the Board exceeded its authority by disciplining her for her testimony in an affidavit and at a hearing in a domestic relations proceeding and that the Board's decision was not supported by substantial evidence.
