Ruth Austin appeals a final summary judgment in favor of Thomas A. Mylander, Sheriff of Hernando County. We affirm.

Deputy Sheriff Baptiste, dispatched to respond to a domestic dispute call, found that Dewayne Bramblett, the person complained about, was then at another residence.
